French vintage bobbin bar cart

A wonderful French vintage bobbin bar cart. Estimated to be mid-late 20th century.

Overall in good condition with some signs of wear consistent with age. This includes some wear to the trolley inserts. One of the wheels is also locked in place so would work best as a decorative piece (please see photographs for details).
